It is beneficial that the successful candidate has previously lived abroad (or is an expatriate) and therefore culturally aware of differences that might be experienced.
The ability to speak Arabic is preferred, however this is not essential.
The successful candidate will likely be certified in at least one Les Mills programme and have demonstrable successes in driving occupancy rates thus improving member retention.
