Provide input to Financial strategy, budgets and plans working closely with the COO and Management Team

Participate in the development of annual operation plans and ensure implementation is in line with Shared Services and Smart Food Holding’s corporate strategy

Participate in All Shared Service’s budgeting cycle, provide input to the budgeting process, and monitor achievement and progress made

Support in investigating and recommending strategies that result in positive financial impact for Smart Food Holding and mitigates financial and operational risks
