Responsibilities 1
• Lead, manage issues, risks and impacts associated with the implementation of financial management initiatives, changes to policies, procedures, government directions, protocols and legislation.
• Develops and implements forecasting system to improve forecasting efficiency.
• Partnered with senior management to consolidate financial/management reporting initiatives to help drive strategy review.
• Provides insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Guides your Finance Team in selectively gathering relevant financial information to analyse financial results.

• Presents financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Stays up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Works directly with the Director of Finance to ensure completion of monthly financial reporting deliverables based on the agreed timeline.
• Establishes and maintains financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Understands and adheres to financial regulations and legislation.
• Continuously enhance the competencies finance professionals across the organization and ensure alignment of required knowledge and skills.
• Manages activities of the Finance team including training and development and motivating the team
