We are a Contracting company and require experienced Admin Assistant in Dubai and Abu Dhabi branch. With a competitive salary package and benefits depending on years of experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Preparing letters, correspondence, contracts, invoices, etc.
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide admin/secretarial support
Assist managers to their requirements related to work and personal needs
PRO tasks such as visa processing, trade license renewal, tenancy contract renewal, etc,
Follow up payments and contracts
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as Admin
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in the field of Administrative
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Female or Male Philippine National Only
With UAE driving license is an advantage
