- Achieve personal KPIs aligned to strategic KPIs.
- Provide domain-related leadership for projects and routine operations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for Department employees in statistics and economics.
- Lead cross-functional project teams where applicable, including those involving contractors, consultants and ADGEs or other Government entities.
- Provide expertise on the preparation of Department policies and procedures, from a technical perspective.
- Advise on the preparation of SLAs with internal and external stakeholders, from a technical perspective.
- Review Department plans with reference to their impact on the integrity of statistical processes and products; identify relevant risks and advise on their assessment and treatment.
