Job Description

- Executive Chef (Group) for two new restaurants in new high profile restaurant complex in Riyadh
- 1 x Fine dining Italian restaurant (similar to Cipriani etc) 120 seat
- 1 x Upscale casual Italian restaurant - 100 seat
- Consultant chef who opened the project will be moving on and the owners are looking for a chef to be based at the fine dining restaurant but also oversee the kitchen of the other restaurant too.
Requirements
- Experience in fine dining Italian restaurant with an international reputation
- Willing to live at least 2 years or longer in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
