Job Description
Req ID : 1857191
Drive and manage final document closeout processes by identifying and expediting documents daily and to strict deadlines.
Drive PMs' completions with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal divisions to reduce commercial risk and increase business opportunities.
Work closely with the Projects commercial team to ensure proper billing and emphasis.
Use KPIs/Matrix packs to track performance and show improvement in final documents.
Assist local team with tendering, PO issuance, billing, SAP/database entry, etc.
