Director Of It Engineering

• Design and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to deliver continuous improvements on our Care technology, corporate applications, on-premise infrastructure, network and systems
• Inform and oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for IT and Digital transformation
• Develop and execute robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligence automation to drive the digital transformation strategy
• Develop and execute strategy in partnership with Cyber team and execute zero trust architecture model to secure the endpoints
• Partner cross-functionally with key business partners to influence and ensure alignment and support for the IT Architecture, IT Engineering and IT operations mandate
• Align and collaborate with fellow leaders of our Engineering, Fusion Center Operations and Risk on a strategy to support their functions with technical solutions and expertise
• Research, evaluate, and recommend security technologies that can be applied to technology solutions being developed or maintained internally or externally
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by CIO
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing staff of information technology experts
