Digital Platform Owner

• Set a vision and a roadmap for the portal to support the development of this platform as the data information highway between different Entities, allowing for the free flow of data, data sharing, insights and analytics
  
• Lead the Digital Platform, oversee its performance, and establish its strategic direction and objectives in line with the strategy of the Data & Platforms department
  
• Own the Digital Platform Owner product and its architecture blueprint
  
• Select and collaborate with relevant strategic partners (e.g., consultancy companies, service providers) to effectively support the portal s design, development, operations and maintenance
  
• Be responsible for prioritizing platform activities and clarifying corresponding requirements
  
• Be responsible for defining stories, creating and prioritizing the Team Backlog to prioritize the execution, in line with the platform s strategy and overall objectives
  
• Understand and map out any platform deployment dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development
  
• Ensure continuous improvement of government user experiences by constantly enhancing platform s underlying processes and procedures
  
• Engage in continuous infrastructure analysis, optimization and consolidation, following the addition of new features to the platform
  
• Oversee the development and operations of the portal to ensure user requirements are actualized
  
• Ensure system interoperability and oversee implementation of leading practices for API integration between entities
  
• Act as the focal point of contact between company, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  
• Lead a cross-functional team of data architects, developers and specialists, etc., to design, maintain and continuously improve the portal
  
• Act as a subject matter expert for all related requests / inquiries
  
• Manage, mentor, build and grow cross-functional team members while providing specific, timely, and constructive performance feedback
  
• Support the growth of a data-driven culture that facilitates collaboration and accelerates innovation
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing and operating digital platforms/portals
  
• Preferred degree in Computer science or Computer Engineering or any other relevant degree
  
• Good knowledge of integration architecture, integration governance , API versioning approaches, API documentation and API lifecycle, ability to configure API monetization
  
• Good understanding API Security Configuration, integration with SSO (OpenID, OAUTH) , IAM solution and encryption configuration
  
• Good knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), event-driven architecture and Batch Architecture (e.g. SFTP, MFT)
  
• Good knowledge of API testing and Message Testing
  
• Experience in working on high volume transaction environment and multi traffic management
  
• Good knowledge on configuration deployment/management of multiple applications in containerized environment
  
• Knowledge of modern engineering and architecture standards/trends
  
• Good knowledge and experience of agility, devsecops and configuration monitoring standards/principles and applications
  
• Good knowledge of scalability, recoverability and resilience
  
• Ability to configuration API portal and API Sandbox environment
  
• Good knowledge of SoftwareAG API Gateway ,webmethods, StreamSets and Solace
  
• Good experience on Cloud Environments
  
• Knowledge in enterprise resource planning implementation
  
• Preferred prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management
