Job Description
The marketing specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, which helps to reach the goals, starting with increasing the number of subscribers in the service, introducing the public to the brand and promotional campaigns for charitable projects. Marketing through brainstorming and assisting in various marketing activities by providing suggestions on developing content, preparing advertising plans, and planning important events and occasions. In addition to organizing events in relevant institutions to increase the definition of the service.
Tasks:
• Presenting ideas and implementing them to develop marketing campaigns in a creative way to increase the number of subscribers to the service, in addition to marketing charitable projects.
• Participation in various marketing activities by providing suggestions on developing content and preparing advertising plans.
• Planning for marketing in important events.
• Planning and implementing advertising campaigns by selecting appropriate marketing channels (social media networks) and other marketing channels.
• Participate in the analysis of marketing data (campaign results; conversion rates, traffic) etc. to help improve future marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and improve marketing plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
• BSc degree in Marketing and Media
• 5 years experience
• Work experience in a marketing position or similar role.
• Experience in marketing and managing virtual communities
• Work in Kuwait
• Good understanding of different marketing elements, social media networks and different marketing channels
• Ability to conduct market analyzes and analyzes marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative design programs
• Proficiency with website analysis programs and the implementation of advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords
• Ability to organize various tasks and accuracy in dealing with details
• Proficiency in oral & written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and provide appropriate solutions
