Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners in relevant sectors to support the development and delivery of a range of digital events, courses, interpretation, school programmes, teacher training, publications, and visitor experience which are sensorial, inspiring and share the museum’s stories with a wide audience.
Contribute to online and digital learning platforms, including apps, social media, VLE, online outreach, web, exhibit interactives, etc.
Continually stay on top of emerging technologies, tools and trends and ensure ZNM is engaging on these in relevant and meaningful ways onsite and digitally and recommend new initiatives to keep us at the forefront of digital engagement opportunities.
Support training for colleagues on digital learning processes and tools to relevant departments to encourage ideation and content creation, as well as embedding good digital practice across the organisation.
