Responsibilities:
• Measure, track and analyze consumer and customer analytics across our e-commerce website, establish a strategy and provide actionable insights that translate into better business decisions
• Providing thought leadership, idealization, and lead implementation in customer analytics, shopper analytics, and web analytics
• Institutionalize customer analytics in business processes, both strategic and tactical
• Lead the development of eCommerce analytics strategy and toolbox for the scope, in close collaboration with the digital marketing team
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of business experience using analytics to drive business/marketing results in, ideally, multiple information-dense, consumer-facing industries (e.g., retail, consumer goods)
• Experience with E-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, R, Python, and SQL
• Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely with the appropriate visuals
• Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; willingness to “have an opinion” backed up by insight and analytics to arrive at the best decisions and outcomes
