Responsibilities:
• Develop visual presentations of client requirements
• Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan
• Attends client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements of clients
• Generates BOQs from design templates
• Request suppliers for mock-up products to examine quality and specification requirements
• Assist consultants in specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc.
• Coordinates with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain / update supplier materials and price lists on AE design software
• Coordinates with I&M / Project Management teams to provide specific product knowledge if and when required General
• Collaborates with design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge
• Ensures compliance with company policies
