Creative Designer

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to brainstorm, create and develop concepts, and ensure that the final product is aligned with the company standards.
• Ability to take direction, turn concepts into visuals, communicate with clients, and implement feedback to create the final design.
• Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies.
• Work on layouts, graphics, and overall presentation of a campaign.
• Support with management and execution onsite at photo shoots and events.
• Support the Marketing, Ecommerce, Visual Merchandising and Retail team in event management & developing layouts that are visually appealing.
• Understand the market trends and suggest improvements in production.
• Coordinate with other teams to plan and execute creative ideas for activations that will benefit our trade partners and drive brand desirability for our products.
• Design and support the Sales & Marketing team with seasonal Sell-in showroom branding.
• Support internal teams with emailers, event invites & office branding.
• Develop strong relationships with internal functions as well as external agencies to help achieve objectives.
