Responsibilities:
Supports the NFXP Onshore EPC projects in all craft training and craftcompetency assurance. Craft competency has a direct impact on the safety,quality and productivity of craft works.
Shall be flexible and team-oriented. Act as the key focal point for allcraft training and craftcompetency and drive the overall program incoordination with EPC's.
Provides strategic advice and support to the PMT Site Manager and allPMT and EPC ConstructionManagers as required on all aspects of theimplementation of the craft training and craftcompetency program.
Oversee the implementation of craft training strategy, goals andobjectives including theoreticaltraining, practical training and craftcompetency assessment.
Champion on-site craft training performance with CONTRACTORS. Dailyattendance of Tool-BoxTalks (TBT)and Task Instructions (TI), providing coachingand leadership to CONTRACTOR andits SUBCONTRACTOR Craft Supervisors to ensurethese fundamental craft competency tools areutilized effectively in
