Req ID : 2232586

Develop and lead Tamear KPIs and their underlying measurement methodology.
Maintain Tamear performance management system including objectives, metrics, strategic & operational KPIs and targets.
Collect data from multiple resources for targets as well as actual performance to track progress.
Monitor & report on a monthly and quarterly performance reports on KPIs progress & upgrading the required activities for the efficient execution of the progressive strategy plan.
