- The Consultant is to liaise with the Client and all Consultants on the content of responses The Consultant will be responsible for the administration and issue of all design information to the Contractor including responses to RFI s design clarification drawings method statements health and safety practices etc Following a review with the Employer the Consultant is to instruct the Contractor to carry out additional or varied works which may vary the contract All design information required to be issued to the Contractor as part of the Instruction will be provided by the relevant Design Consultant engaged in the project
