- Restaurant located in Muscat, Oman
- International upscale cuisine bar/lounge restaurant located in luxury hotel
- Part of local restaurant group
- Consulting Chef to work for 3 - 4 months, extension possible if both parties agree
- Create new dishes, recipes and train the team and chef on how to make them.
- Upgrade the kitchens SOPs to improve the day to day running of the kitchen
- Cuisine is Italian with other international cuisines also offered
Requirements
- Must be European, with Mediterranean cuisine experience
- Fine dining experience, prefer someone with a few years working for a Michelin star
- Valid passport
- Single Status
- Can work 3 - 4 months consulting
