ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up to date content to its readers, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers.These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper s Bazaar, Construction Week, Esquire and GQ.
ITP Media Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Conference Producer for its wide ranging conference portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for the researching and developing conferences and events across a number of industry sectors, delivering them to a high standard, on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role, and have an impressive track record of producing high quality, profitable business conferences.
You will be commercially astute, resourceful and organised, have great communication skills, a cool head and a can-do attitude.
Requirements
Qualifications &Skills:
- 2 years experience in organizing international events and conferences.
- Conceptual ability to rapidly develop competent knowledge on diverse topics.
- Networking and information gathering abilities
- Multi-tasker
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
- Copy writing skills
- Related industry/event knowledge
- Business experience in the Middle East
- Understanding database marketing
