Job Description:
- Support Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the café
- Control food stock and food cost in your section
- 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
- Must have experience from a high end casual dining restaurant
- Must have a Food & Safety Certificate
- Must be available to join immediately
