We have successfully been helping to build our clients new office in D3 over the past 6 months. The business has 50 staff staff with offices in Europe, Saudi, Bahrain and now Dubai. They have been outsourcing work to outside consultants and are now bringing the business in house, expanding their landscape and architectural departments as well as setting up an interiors arm to the business.
Due to increased workload we are now looking for an Commercial Manager to help keep projects on track, on budget and ensure a smooth delivery of all projects.
Their existing projects include largescale masterplans, urban developments, hotel developments and boutique one off projects throughout the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with fee proposals.
- Manage contracts with the clients and sub-consultants
- Manage project variations.
- Manage sub consultants invoices and payments.
- Manage project programs.
- Manage project meetings/minutes, etc.
- Co-ordinate design teams including the sub consultants
- Manage final accounts
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Architecture, in addition, a Bachelors in Project Management would be advantageous.
- You should be able to demonstrate your project management skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have experience working in the Middle East.
- Manage the clients, stakeholders and payment processes
Benefits
- Up to AED 40,000
- Flexible working environment but will be based in Dubai office.
