Command Control Communication C3 Operator

Provides direction to mobile, roving, and static patrols and command and control of all day-to-day community order functions. Role includes monitoring of the security cameras and radio traffic; calling for first response; recording incidents; maintaining a blotter; and writing and submitting the daily report. The Operations (Ops) Center reports significant incidents and escalates decisions. Required to operate Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. In some instances, will provide specialized unarmed community order support (COS) services and unarmed protection/safety services.
