Ordering green coffee inventory with preferred green bean suppliers
Operating a 12kg Diedrich IR-12 & 2.5kg Diedrich sample roaster
Creating and optimising roasting profiles
Assist with creating new recipes and blends of coffee when required
Roasting and fulfilling coffee orders
De-stoning roasted coffee
Assist with bagging & sealing roasted coffee
Sample roasting & cupping new coffees
Assist with delivering coffee orders
Assist with placing/receiving product orders
Utilising Cropster software for roasting, scheduling and order management
Organise and maintain the roastery
Organise and maintain the green bean stock
Clean, protect and maintain all equipment
