- Job Title : Call Center Representative
- Location : Dubai
- Type : Outsourced
- Salary : 5000 AED
- Working hours: 9 (Rotation shift throughout the day) = 8 hours working +1 hour break
- Working days: 5 days (No offs on weekends) Weekend : 2 days (Only week days)
Primary responsibilities
- To ensure the delivery process completion within the promised time to customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
- To provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports
Requirements
- Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility & adaptability in intense situations
- Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
- Commercial awareness
- Early graduate with a Business background
- Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems
