- Cable jointerslay, joint, terminate and repair underground power cable.
- Cable jointers lay new power cables through underground pipes and terminate them at electrical equipment.
- They also conduct tests to check cable integrity and locate faults.
- troubleshooting and repair activity.
- General minor electrical works required for ELV Equipment.
- Maintaining existing cabling infrastructure.
- Laying new cables using provided trays and conduits
- Crimping & testing additional network points (CAT6 & CAT6A).
- Preventive maintenance of data center equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Preventive maintenance of end user workstations and peripherals.
- Preventive maintenance of bank s server rooms.
- Labeling all installed cables on both end with clear description.
- Labelling equipment installed in Data Center & Server Rooms without exception.
- Preparing network diagrams as and when required based on the changes
- Mounting and dismounting of equipment in racks based on the provided guidelines
- Rearranging equipment and servers in a rack in Data Center and Server Room.
- Rearranging cables in Data Center and Server Rooms, as and when required.
- Provisioning new cables in the Data Center and Server Room, as and when required for a project.
- Relocating user equipment and peripherals from one location to another.
- Professional cable management of End user equipment.
- Troubleshooting copper/fiber network cables functionality as and when required.
