Job Description

- Responsible for the project implementation, primary analysis of client requirements
- Defining the client business requirements and preparing the reports (BRDs), and then getting sign-off of the BRDs
- Providing system training to clients. Conducting QA onsite for new development/modifications related to the project
- Troubleshooting and helping users in their day-to-day operations during go-live phases
- Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients by communicating and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner
- Working with clients to refine, prioritize and schedule all the technical assistant requests (TARs)
