he successful candidate will have demonstrated skills & experience in the following domains:
Team Management :
• Managing the FICO, BI, B2B teams in providing user and system support to our Finance & Maison community in MEIA
• Provide functional direction/management to the FICO, BI, B2B teams' local & regional resources
• Organize activities, set priorities, and assign task/project to teams' local resources, monitoring workloads of the team and quality of deliverables
• Act as an escalation point for FICO, BI, B2B team members
• Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
Daily Operations and Support :
• Manage and support business needs for accounting, cost control, product costing, and finance consolidation
• Manage and support business BI needs for Richemont MEIA distributions process and organization including Wholesale, Retail, and e-Commerce distribution, Finance, Logistics, and CRM
• Manage and support the business needs on the Richemont B2B(2C) solution called "Booster"
• Monitor incidents to ensure issues are closed promptly and within agreed SLA
• Organize and coordinate testing sessions for system release and upgrade
• Managing and working with cross-functional teams and management teams/key users within MEIA
• Interface with central team/functional BPIs on template/process improvement/functional rollout
• Review, prepare and update documentation (procedure/manual)
• Provide training on systems and business processes if required
