• Ensuring that project costs are entered on the budget daily and all supplier documents are uploaded to the drive.
• Submitting purchase requests, following up on purchase orders and supplier payments.
• Assist in issuing freelancers' contracts, submitting their payments, and organizing their information.
• Liaising with the supply chain for petty cash expenditures.
