- Designs and implements the set SOP / content training/ workshops according to approved FWC guidelines and training matrix
- Focuses on 70% training delivery and 30% training administration abiding by the set training deliverables and timelines
- Provides general / specific coordination with all nominated participants and tracks attendance on regular basis
