Job Description

- Carry out all branch tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
- Ensure operational efficiency of the branch.
- Ensure optimum cash management.
- Approve and authorize all teller transactions within approved limits as per authority matrix.
- Ensure cash tills are balanced on a daily basis.
- Be the Joint custodian of cash held by Head Tellers, Tellers and cash held in ATM / EDM and main vault with Head Teller.
