Job Description

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, a master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management.
Solid background in the hospitality and or retail field.
Ability to deal with the volatility of customers, supervisors, and employees.
Knowledge of the local business and market conditions.
Very good command of English and Arabic (Reading and Writing).
Knowledge of HACCP standards. Apply to those who need the above conditions
