- Lead the implementation of Nufarm Europe’s Biological strategy and support local organizations and Product Project Manager in products prelaunch and launch
- Support prioritisation of opportunities to pursue for delivery in the short and medium term, including full involvement in products testing
- Coordinate between regulatory and development specialists to deliver dossiers
- Work with and ensure full alignment with the relevant colleagues in our Portfolio Solutions Team - in particular Product Project Managers for project delivery/implementation, Crop Managers, Customer Marketing, Commercial, Legal/IP and Supply Chain
- Strengthen Crop Team awareness on Biologicals and assure new solutions integration into crop strategies while assuring the fit with Nufarm’s crop, product and commercial strategies
