Job Title: BusinessDevelopment Manager Engineering Secondment

Job Summary: We are seeking anexperienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and expand ourcustomer base within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have adeep understanding of the industry and possess a strong track record ofsuccessfully meeting sales targets in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement astrategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and proactivelypursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providingexceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research toidentify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketingteam to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotionalactivities.
  • Negotiate and close salesagreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Work closely with the operationsteam to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and Mobilizations.
  • Monitor and analyze salesperformance, providing regular reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years ofexperience in sales or business development, preferably in the oil and gasindustry.
  • Proven track record of meetingor exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation,communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation andpersuasion abilities, with the capability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solvingand analytical skills.
