Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance to staff members and fostering a positive work environment.
Train, onboard, and supervise restaurant personnel, ensuring they are well-versed in their roles and delivering top-notch customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and effective manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies as needed, and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages or wastage.
Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract customers.
Prepare and manage employee schedules, considering peak business hours and staffing requirements.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for revenue growth, cost control, and overall business improvement.
