Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Recognized accounting certifications may also be beneficial.
Technical skills: deep understanding of accounting and finance, use of accounting software, knowledge of accounting laws and systems.
Experience: Some companies prefer previous experience in accounting, especially if it is relevant to a particular industry.
Personal skills: May include the ability to work within a team, good communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
