- Define the Account Management Strategy in line with the company's overall strategic plan.
- Set and implement account development plans and budgets.
- Support the team in building proposals.
- Build relationships with local and regional businesses as well as with institutions and other stakeholders.
- Interpret key trends and developments impacting business and identify change.
- Support Contract Negotiation.
- Lead, direct, coach and develop performance of the Account Management team.
- Develop key account strategy including account planning, revenue targets, service goals, etc.
