Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and express courtesy and respect.
Experience:
Previous experience in the field of reception or customer service in hotels or hospitality establishments. Previous experience in executive lounges would be beneficial.
Knowledge of languages:
Ability to speak multiple languages, especially English. Knowledge of other languages can be useful if the Executive Lounge accommodates international guests.
Organization skills:
Ability to effectively manage schedules and appointments and be organized at the front desk.
