Manage and lead the relationship between Honeywell Global Security (HGS) and the strategic business groups in EMEA
Support complex investigative matters (for example insider threat) in partnership with HGS Insider Threat Group, business Legal and business HR resources
In partnership with HGS Physical Security, develop and implement HGS strategies across Honeywell facilities in EMEA
Maintain constant communication and liaison with the Honeywell Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to ensure the safety of Honeywell employees across all sites and business travelers in EMEA
Coordinate with the Business Resiliency team to support certain strategic program areas, such as training, exercises, and site resilience, and to collaborate throughout the incident response and crisis management process
Provide training, advice and guidance on any travel safety and security and security/loss prevention related matters as appropriate. Providing direct and indirect support to the Honeywell on-boarding process and security awareness program
Develop external communication links between other relevant business and government agencies to share intelligence/information regarding security risks and any other activity which could affect Honeywell business operations
Responsible for proactively planning and managing security projects across EMEA including the development, implementation, and oversight of project security plans
Oversee further development of existing HGS strategic security initiatives in EMEA
Qualifications
7-10 years commercial risk management experience in a senior role within an in-house security function or Cyber Security Management function, with a minimum five years experience in a regional, corporate management position
Significant knowledge of EMEA security practices, specifically focused around travel security with demonstrated experience and exposure of working within the EMEA region
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Experience and cultural awareness across EMEA region
Ability to adapt to multi-cultural operating environments and recognize political sensitivities
Experience in working across multiple security disciplines with an understanding of international, cross cultural business practices
Extensive experience and a clear understanding of policies, procedures and minimum standards relating to security
