Driver

Job Description:

The Admin Driver will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the administrative team and staff. This role involves safe and timely transportation of documents goods and personnel as required.

Responsibilities:

Safely and responsibly operate the company vehicle.


Provide transportation support to staff members ensuring timely arrival at destinations.


Assist with administrative tasks such as cheque collection mail deliveries document pickups and general errands. Very good knowledge of UAE roads.


Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company vehicle.


Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.


Coordinate with the administrative team to plan routes and schedules.


Report any vehicle issues promptly and coordinate with the appropriate channels for repairs.


Ensure the security of transported goods and documents.


Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.


Manual Driving license is a must.


Previous experience as a driver preferably in an administrative support role.


Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.


Strong organizational and time management skills.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Advanced English communication and interpersonal skills.


Physical fitness to perform tasks related to loading and unloading.


Minimum high school education 10 or equal.


Familiarity with basic administrative tasks.


Experience with maintaining and caring for a company vehicle.


Knowledge of local routes and geography of UAE. At least 2 years experience as a driver in UAE.

Very good English.
