Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research prospecting and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of proposals presentations and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to drive business growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales business development or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong drive to succeed.
