Proven experience as a UC&C Engineer with expertise in Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams.
Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions.
Experience in developing automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting.
Hands-on experience in implementing call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.
Familiarity with MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Unified Communications or related fields are a plus.
To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
To provide support for on-call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management.
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training s, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
