Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the ICDR Quality Standards
• Provides a link between kitchen and service areas at all times.
• Uphold the restaurant's values and reputation by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• The ability to function and work behind the bar as well as on the floor and process good knowledge on both food & Beverage service as well as Beverage & Food production behind the bar.
• Support the daily operation of the restaurant as well as ensuring the smoothness of the work section appointed.
• Provide a high-quality service and create an exceptional experience for our guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and grooming standards.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Stay updated on current menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Are you a European national? our preferences and consideration will go to European candidates.
• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and waitress skills ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
• Conceptual thinking, Analytical Ability, Presentation Skills, Priority Setting, Self-Management
• Excellent communication skills to understand customers.
