Job Description
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field
Preferred Experience:
- 8+ years supporting network and data center infrastructure
- Intermediate experience with CISCO and Fortinet networking devices
- Basic knowledge of CISCO call manager and PCCE contact center setup
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and identify solutions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job-Specific Skills:
Certifications: CCNA or other industry-recognized certification is a plus.
