Room Attendant

Responsibilities:
• Report any unusual guest behaviors or activities as per each Hotel’s standard
• Ensure the complete number of credits to clean rooms per day is completed as per each Hotels standard
• Report all lost and found objects as per each Hotels standard
• Empty hotel room garbage bins daily
• Undertake the full sequence of services to clean a Hotel room
• Shampoo carpets and upholstered furniture
• Move and position the cleaning trolley in the guest corridor as per each Hotels standard ensuring a safe and hazard-free area
• Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies, and equipment carefully and as per each Hotels standard
• Replace towels, soaps, and other guest room amenities
• Report all malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues to the Supervisor on duty
• Carry out and complete daily task control sheet as per each Hotels standard
• Clean, replenish, maintain and prepare guests’ rooms as per each Hotels standard Meet and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Vacuum and mop floors, clean/disinfect guest bathrooms to a high standard and make guests’ beds daily/change the bedding as required
