Senior Architect

This is an opportunity to work for an award-winning company in Dubai on high-end projects throughout the Middle East. Youll work directly with their Design Director, as part of a team on a variety of projects covering mixed-use, leisure, hotel, healthcare, commercial and high-end boutique residential projects.

Were looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 9 years experience working experience either in the Middle East or further afield. Youll be responsible for the technical/construction drawings after the schematic stage and have previous experience managing a technical team.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Architecture
  
• Minimum 9 years experience
  
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Revit.
  
• Defining lists of architectural drawings and supporting documentation for each project.
  
• Coordinate between multi-disciplined teams including all consultants and sub-consultants employed by the stakeholders.
  
• Attend design and coordination meetings and workshops.
  
• Responsible for the overall deliverability of the architectural elements of the project.
  
• Ensure the project timescales are adhered to, resolve any technical issues and check design/technical calculations.
