Category Supervisor

• Achieving sales targets and monitoring category performance.
  
• Driving sales promotions and ensuring execution within the store.
  
• Increase sales margins and controlling operating costs.
  
• Maintaining proper product mix and handling local procurement of goods in line with sales.
  
• Improve in-store display rentals and other incomes from vendors.
  
• Maintain optimum inventory levels as per category standards.
  
• Ensuring minimal stock ageing and liquidation of ageing stocks.
  
• Establishing proper stock availability, replenishment and display in the allocated categories.
  
• Monitoring merchandise display and pricing standards as per guidelines.
  
• Analyzing stock movement status, sell-through and make necessary plans to boost e-commerce sales through the outlet.
  
• Training the team for achieving exceptional customer service levels.
  
• Handling customer feedback and grievances in the store.
  
• Ensuring process controls on returns and refunds within the category.
  
• Team management and roster scheduling.
  
• Optimum utilization of manpower as per store requirements.
  
• Building career growth plans and development needs for the team.
  

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in handling one or more withina big or medium size store directly handling a team size of 10 or more people.
  
• Experience catogeries- Electronics, Consumer Durable, Toys, Sports & Fitness, Fashion & Lifestyle,Home D cor & Furnishings,Kitchen,Home Accessories, washing & Cleaning Equipment/Tools,Baby & Kids.
  
• Graduation is a must.
  
• Candidates with 5-6 years of relevant retail experience.
  
• Willing to relocate to Qatar.
