• Work with various agencies to plan and put together campaign plans that help achieve the business objectives
• Put together a response strategy for fending off competition and protecting market share
• Analyse the daily sales reports, dashboards and other key indicators to track the retail metrics and develop intelligence to utilise for the campaigns.
• Use the loyalty program and customer value management to drive campaign awareness and business.
• Strategize on how to support the brand and business objectives that will help achieve overall targets
• Track spends on a monthly and quarterly basis to reconcile and share reports with finance team
