- Develop content, assets and accessories for internal communications and promotional identity requirements, and use effective communication channels, such as: internal network, newsletters, memos, etc. as required
- Design and conduct staff surveys based on management requirements, as well as surveys aimed at identifying staff numbers
- Maintaining internal communication channels at the level of the authoritys departments while maintaining the consistency of messages
- Review circulars at the authority level and send them according to the internal communication plan and evaluate the promotional identity on time throughout the year
- Developing and maintaining the authoritys guidelines and standards for communication and promotional identity
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the key messages that must be circulated in accordance with the internal communication plan, and translated on time into the relevant communication contents
- Measuring the impact and effectiveness of internal communication, and preparing improvements for existing activities and initiatives
- Perform any job tasks or activities requested by the direct manager
- Performance of responsibilities in line with the departments governance framework, policies and procedures
- Compliance with ADDs risk management guidelines and quality management standards
- Contribute to the preparation of the required reports in accordance with the reporting requirements internally within the Authority and externally where applicable
- Find and identify new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or methods to meet challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements
- Proactively identify and search for professional development opportunities to improve technical capabilities and skills related to the functional requirements of the department
Requirements
Bachelors degree, diploma in marketing or any other related specialty
Experience in public relations, marketing or any other relevant area with at least:
