Job Description

To achieve sales targets from the allocated area by managing a team of relationship manager. Mapping, prospecting and targeting the companies and HNW customers of the area through coaching and training of the team, for continuous improvement of productivity levels.
Team Management

  • Manage the team of relationship managers to sell national Bonds in the assigned area / territory.
  • Introduce valid methods to improve the quality of relationship manager’s skills in nurturing relations with clients and to boost sales.
  • Monitor the individual’s production performance to achieve the team’s productivity target.
  • Review individual’s performance with the Head of Wealth Management & Group Benefits, on a regular basis to take corrective actions.

Sales Management

  • Area mapping and target identification to execute sales activities.
  • Enforce daily execution of the MBO for the sales team.
  • Conduct daily visits to Companies, exploring corporate and SMEs investment and create openings for the team to approach salaried employees.
  • Conduct joint field visits with sales persons to identify the areas that need improvement.

Sales Support

  • Maintain leads & referral’s stream and ensure agreed response TAT and conversion rate.
  • Manage kiosks; deploy NBC marketing material at non POS key locations, conduct presentations to groups, companies, associations and communities in the geographical area of operation.
  • Coordinate with support units to get feedback on the quality of applications and adherence to AML and KYC requirements.
  • Collect customers and market feedback, extract trends, core issues, opportunities & areas for improvement and recommend action.
  • Support Marketing & Distribution sales related events, Kiosks, Surveys and information gathering exercises.
  • Help resolve customer complaints, issues and ensure prompt follow up and resolution.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Required:
Experience

  • Preferably 4 years’ experience in sales or customer service with a financial institution and at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Significant sales management experience in a fast paced, highly competitive, ever- changing sales environment
  • Experience in Financial services institution, banks or insurance.

Trainings

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred
  • CISI certified is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to follow and meet the deadlines & schedules.
  • Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills.
  • Drive for superior performance and ability to focus activities which will have high impact on sales & customer service.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities
  • Should possess excellent communication skills written & oral, preferably bi-lingual (English / Arabic).
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and selling skills.
  • Time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Business reporting,(letters, proposals, minutes of meetings)
  • Good Computer skills ( Ms office word, power point, excel)

Conditions to Apply

  • Completion of 12 months in current position.
  • Good performance rating -3 and above for 2021 performance year.
  • Clear conduct history with no active warnings.
  • Position will be open for 2 weeks
