5 signs that shows your company actually believes in work-life Balance!
Responsibilities, Duties, Tasks, Deadlines, Target …. And a thousand more things that needs to be done ON TIME. You barely have the time for your own but you have no other choice. Wouldn’t it be better if your own company or organization believed in work – life balance?! Believed in creating for its employees the comfortable life style that will allow them to be more productive?! It sure will! but unfortunately not all companies have this policy! So how will you know if your company is following that policy!
It’s easy just note if any of the below signs has been followed by your company
1 - Flexible hours: Does your company gives you the flexibility of working whenever you can?! Gives you the opportunity to work from home if necessary?! And their main goal is getting the work done no restrictions?!
2 - Encouraging Vacations: Does your company encourages you to take some days off to relax after a very hard duty to refill your energy and boost your productivity?!
3 - Paid Time Off: Does your company allows you to take some days off without the need to specify the reason?! Or giving notice?! s
4 - Interesting In House Activities: Does your company support in house activities that will minimize your stress and give you a timeout like yoga classes, adventure weekends, meetings on the go?!
5 - Restricting Overtime Working hours: Does your company discourages overtime working hours?! Leaving for you your time and space to do your personal duties?!
If your company follows one or more of these strategies then you are in a safe place! Keep doing your best there, but if not! You need to find someplace better that appreciates your work-life balance and encourages you to have time for your own!
